This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect when you order custom campus apparel, use promo codes, or interact with our platform, and explains how that data is used strictly for batch manufacturing and campus distribution.

We do not sell, monetize, or share your personal data with third-party advertising brokers.

1. Information We Collect

We only gather information necessary to fulfill your pre-order, process secure payments, and coordinate handover on campus:

  • Name & WhatsApp Number: For order updates, batch status alerts, and collection notices.
  • Hostel & Room / Address: To verify your campus pickup eligibility and assign batch distribution slots.

// Order & Personalization Details

  • Custom Print Text: Specific names, roll numbers, or branch identifiers provided for DTF printing.
  • Referral Codes: Confession page promo codes used during checkout to calculate partner commissions.

2. Payment Security & Processing

All monetary transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / UPI).

Zero Card/Banking Storage: Campus Vault does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. Gateway partners encrypt all payment sessions adhering to PCI-DSS standards.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your collected information is used exclusively to:

  • Generate aggregate batch manufacturing sheets for blanks and DTF printing.
  • Send WhatsApp / SMS notifications regarding production milestones and campus handover.
  • Verify order identity and prevent package mix-ups during physical collection.
  • Track and credit referral commissions to authorized campus affiliate partners.

4. Data Storage & Security

Order records, customized text parameters, and delivery details are stored in secured database environments with restricted administrative access. We retain order records only as long as necessary to complete batch distribution, resolve any defect claims, and fulfill accounting requirements.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We only share essential operational data with trusted infrastructure providers required to run the service:

  • Payment Gateways: To authorize and settle transactions.
  • Print & Logistics Partners: Only the specific customized text/sizes needed to produce and package your order.
