Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Campus Vault ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Campus Vault governing your access to our platform, participation in pre-order drops, custom-printed apparel purchases, and affiliate referral systems.

By accessing our platform, placing an order, or redeeming campus promo codes, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Information Accuracy

To place an order on Campus Vault, you must be a student or authorized individual possessing legal capacity to enter transactions. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during checkout—including full name, WhatsApp contact number, branch, hostel block, and room details—are accurate for fulfillment.

2. Rolling Pre-Order Model & Fulfillment Timelines

Campus Vault operates strictly on a zero-waste, made-to-order rolling drop model. Raw blanks and DTF print runs are procured and processed specifically against confirmed pre-orders.

10–14 business days for fabric & DTF curing.

Campus Handover

Estimated total turnaround: 18–22 business days.

3. Customizations & Personalized Orders

Custom text fields (such as custom names, roll numbers, or branch identifiers) are rendered directly into the DTF print file exactly as submitted during checkout.

Customer Responsibility: Verify capitalization, spelling, and character placement before payment. Campus Vault is not liable for customer typos. We reserve the right to decline print requests containing offensive or defamatory text.

4. Pricing, Customization Fees & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Dynamic customization fees (+₹50 per custom text field) calculate in real time before checkout. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and UPI. Affiliate discounts and promo codes must be applied prior to payment and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Because all apparel items (both standard and personalized drops) are fabricated, printed, and cured strictly on-demand per pre-order batch, we operate under a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND, and NO RETURN policy once an order is placed and confirmed.

Exceptions (Replacement Only): We only accept returns or provide free replacements in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error caused by our team:

  • Physical fabric damage, tears, or major stitching defects present upon arrival.
  • Significant DTF print peeling, misprint, or wrong graphic sent from our end.
  • Dispatch of an incorrect size, color, or design compared to the confirmed Order ID.

* Size preference exchanges, buyer's remorse, or customer typos on custom name fields are strictly ineligible for return, replacement, or refund. All claims for damaged or incorrect pieces must be raised via WhatsApp within 48 hours of campus handover with clear unboxing photo/video proof.

6. Campus Distribution & Unclaimed Packages

Batch handovers occur at designated campus collection spots during scheduled distribution hours. If you fail to collect your package within 14 days of notification, it may be restocked or forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All artwork, graphics, typography layouts, site design, and code on Campus Vault are protected intellectual property. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Haryana, India.
