Cancellation & Refunds

At Campus Vault, every apparel piece—including 240 GSM oversized drops, 180 GSM basics, and personalized branch merch—is custom-procured and DTF printed specifically for your batch order.

Consequently, we do not support order cancellations, monetary refunds, or buyer's remorse returns once an order is paid and confirmed.

1. Order Cancellations

Once your payment is processed via Razorpay/UPI, your order is locked directly into the active manufacturing and film preparation batch. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified after checkout completion.

2. Replacement-Only Criteria

We stand behind the physical quality and print durability of our apparel. We will issue a **free replacement** exclusively in the event of a verified manufacturing flaw or dispatch error on our part.

✓ Covered for Free Replacement

  • Physical tears, holes, or heavy stitching defects present on arrival.
  • Significant print defect, peeling DTF transfer, or wrong graphic printed.
  • Incorrect size, color, or design dispatched against the confirmed Order ID.

✕ Strictly Ineligible

  • Customer selecting the incorrect size (refer to size charts prior to ordering).
  • Customer typos/misspellings entered into custom name/branch fields.
  • Minor shade variations resulting from screen display vs. cured ink.
  • Damages resulting from washing with hot water or direct ironing on prints.

3. How to Report a Defective Item

If your item arrives with a genuine defect or dispatch error, you must notify our team within 48 hours of campus handover. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be processed.

Document Issue

Take 2–3 clear photos/videos of the package, Order ID tag, and defective area.

Step 02

WhatsApp Support

Send proof and your Order ID to our direct campus support desk.

Step 03

Batch Replacement

Once verified, your replacement piece will be queued in the following production run.

4. Unclaimed Campus Orders

Merchandise will be available for pickup during designated handover slots on campus. If you do not collect your order within 14 days of distribution notifications, your items may be restocked or forfeited with no entitlement to refund.
